Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of elitescholarsprep.com (the "Site") and the tutoring, test preparation, academic coaching, and related services (the "Services") provided by ELITE SCHOLARS PREP LLC ("Elite Scholars Prep," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

The Services

Elite Scholars Prep provides one-on-one tutoring, test preparation, academic coaching, and college planning support, delivered virtually by video conference, phone, and digital resources. Services are educational support only: we do not guarantee any particular grade, test score, admission decision, scholarship, financial aid outcome, or other result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including the student's own effort.

Eligibility & Parental Consent

Purchases must be made by an adult (18 or older). Where the student is a minor, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on the student's behalf, consents to the student's participation in sessions, and remains responsible for the account.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Missed Sessions

  • Sessions are scheduled by agreement and confirmed in advance.
  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used.
  • If we need to cancel a session, we will reschedule it at no cost to you.

Payments & Refunds

  • Services are sold as packages or plans priced during your consultation. Payment plans may be available.
  • Payment is due as agreed at enrollment before Services begin.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be rescheduled consistent with the cancellation policy above.

Student Conduct & Technology

Students are expected to attend sessions on time, participate in good faith, and complete academic work honestly. Our Services may never be used to complete graded work on a student's behalf or to violate any school's or testing organization's rules. Families are responsible for providing the device and internet connection needed for online sessions.

Communications

By contacting us, you agree that we may respond by phone, email, or text. Marketing text messages are sent only with your consent and are governed by the SMS terms in our Privacy Policy — reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all materials we provide — lesson plans, study guides, worksheets, and other content — are owned by or licensed to ELITE SCHOLARS PREP LLC and are for the enrolled student's personal, non-commercial use. They may not be copied, resold, or distributed without our written permission. Third-party names and marks that appear on the Site (such as universities and testing organizations) belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are an independent educational services provider and are not affiliated with the College Board, ACT, Inc., the International Baccalaureate Organization, ETS, the New York State Education Department, or any school or university.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELITE SCHOLARS PREP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Site or the Services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to that claim in the six months before the claim arose.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
